Terms & Conditions - WeFarmShop & Curry Smiugglers Social Media Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The prize draw is run by WeFarmShop in partnership with Curry Smugglers (the "Promoters"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
 

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of WeFarmShop, Curry Smugglers, and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
     

3. Prize

  • Prize: One Mixed Pack of Curry Smugglers Desi Snacks, containing:

    • 1 x Bombay Mix

    • 1 x Pakora

    • 1 x Chakli

  • Prize Value: £8.99 (as per the Curry Smugglers website on 1st March 2025).

  • Number of Winners: One (1).

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
     

4. How to Enter

  • The prize draw opens on 1st March 2025, when the promotional Instagram post is published.

  • The closing date for entries is 14th March 2025 at 23:59 GMT.

  • To enter, participants must:

    • Tag a friend in the comments of the official Instagram prize draw post.

    • Follow both WeFarmShop and Curry Smugglers on Instagram.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple comments will not increase chances of winning.
     

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be randomly selected on 15th March 2025 using a digital random selection tool.

  • Only entrants who have tagged a friend and are following both WeFarmShop and Curry Smugglers on Instagram as of 15th March 2025 will be eligible for selection.
     

6. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment

  • The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official WeFarmShop account.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to provide their UK address for prize delivery. If no response is received within this timeframe, WeFarmShop reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • The prize will be fulfilled by Curry Smugglers, and the winner’s address details will be securely shared with Curry Smugglers for delivery purposes only.

  • The Promoters accept no responsibility for any delays, loss, or damage of the prize during delivery.
     

7. Data Protection

  • By entering, participants agree that WeFarmShop may collect and process their personal data for the purpose of administering the prize draw.

  • The winner's details will only be shared with Curry Smugglers for prize fulfilment and will not be used for any other purpose.
     

8. General

  • The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

  • The Promoters reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.

  • In the event of any dispute, the Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
